1. Introduction
Welcome to WalletFlow, a self-custody cryptocurrency wallet platform operated by WalletFlow LTDA (CNPJ: 61.249.307/0001-15), a company registered in Brazil. We provide secure, non-custodial wallet services that give you complete control over your digital assets. By using WalletFlow, you agree to these terms and our privacy practices.
2. Self-Custody & Your Responsibilities
⚠️ CRITICAL: Self-Custody Wallet
WalletFlow is a self-custody wallet. This means you have complete control and ownership of your private keys. We cannot access, recover, or reset your wallet if you lose your private keys. You are solely responsible for backing up your seed phrase/private keys. Loss of private keys means permanent loss of access to your funds.
The WalletFlow web app uses passkeys (WebAuthn) on supported browsers and devices. When you unlock the wallet or confirm sensitive actions, your device or browser—not WalletFlow—may ask for Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, Windows Hello, or your device's screen lock (PIN, password, or similar), depending on your platform. WalletFlow does not operate its own separate in-app PIN for this; we never receive or store your device passcode, biometric data, or passkey private keys.
3. Eligibility & Account Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter contracts. You represent that all information provided is accurate and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
Our Privacy Commitment:
- We do not store your private keys or seed phrases
- We cannot access your wallet contents or transaction history
- We collect minimal data necessary for app functionality only
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information
- All data is encrypted and stored securely
- Unlocking uses passkeys and your platform’s security; WalletFlow does not collect your device passcode or biometrics.
5. Service Limitations
WalletFlow provides wallet software and infrastructure. We do not provide financial advice, investment services, or guarantee returns. Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risks, including potential loss of principal. You are responsible for your investment decisions and should consult with qualified financial advisors.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use WalletFlow for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activities that violate applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to terminate service for violations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalletFlow LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil, with Portuguese as the official language for legal proceedings.
